Objective: Utilize knowledge about psychology to engage in a naturalistic observation exercise. Determine if the character of Lars, from Lars and the Real Girl, has a mental disorder or not.
This is one of my favorite movies of all time, and is a perfect movie for the subject of AP Psychology. Watching this movie will allow you to apply your knowledge about psychology, employ critical thinking, and develop the skill of analyzing film, all of which will benefit you in any of your future endeavors. The assignment and schedule for the film are below.
